- Design and own the digital product experience strategy: define the self-service journey from awareness to evaluation (product tours, interactive demos, use-case content, ROI tools) with a target of enabling 70% of product exploration without a sales call.
- Develop and maintain product positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation translated for both technical and business buyer personas; ensure consistency across all channels and content formats.
- Create product marketing assets for self-service evaluation and sales enablement: interactive demos, screencasts, landing pages, product guides, battlecards, one-pagers and longform content (case studies, whitepapers).
- Independently navigate and demonstrate Connectware hands-on: produce screencasts and video walkthroughs of basic use cases for prospects and customers.
- Represent Connectware externally as a product expert: present at webinars, events and customer/prospect meetings; plan and execute product launches in coordination with Product and Sales.

Your mission
As our Senior Product Marketing Manager (gn), you own Cybus’ digital product experience, building the self-service content, demos and touchpoints that allow prospects to independently discover and evaluate Cybus Connectware, while maintaining core product positioning, enabling sales & partners and representing the product externally.
Your profile
5+ years in product marketing in B2B software or technical product environments with long sales cycles; experience building or improving self-service product evaluation journeys
Hands-on comfort with complex B2B software: able to independently learn, navigate and demonstrate Connectware’s basic use cases; produce screencasts and product walkthroughs without technical support
Strong content creation and storytelling skills: able to translate technical product depth into compelling narratives for both technical champions and business decision-makers
Confident presenter and communicator in both German and English: able to represent the product in front of technical and business audiences at webinars, events and customer meetings
- Self-directed working style: able to take ownership of a topic, drive it forward independently and contribute to established processes rather than waiting for detailed instructions
